12. Bodi objektiven
Ko delava skupaj, upoštevaj, kaj vidiš; ne razlagaj si stvari po svoje. Če me po zadnjih nogah oplazi trebušni jermen, bom seveda dvignil nogo. Prosim, zavedaj se, da sem to storil, ker sem se ustrašil. Ker ne vidim, kaj je pod mojimi nogami, bom brcnil v tisto, kar je napadlo moje noge. Gre za refleksni odziv. Potrebujem minuto, da spoznam, da mi nič ne grozi; potem noge seveda ne bom več dvigoval. Če se boš razjezil, ker boš mislil, da hočem brcniti tebe, imava težavo. Ko me boš bolje spoznal, boš razumel zakaj počnem določene stvari in mi boš pomagal premagati moje strahove.
