9. Vzemi si dovolj časa
Ko se ti kam mudi in okoli mene hodiš v naglici, »dišiš« po nestrpnosti in začutim lahko tvoj povečan srčni utrip. Včasih tudi sam postanem nervozen in vznemirjen.
Ko pri treningu preskočiš kak korak in me učiš česa novega, se včasih zgubim in se ne morem več spomniti najbolj enostavnih vaj. Najbolj mi je všeč, ko se okoli mene giblješ sproščeno in mi daš vedeti, kaj delaš ter si vzameš toliko časa, kolikor ga potrebujeva, da skupaj pogruntava kaj novega.
