Če bi vedeli, da uporaba brzd in vseh tradicionalnih metod treniranja konj (vključno s popularnim ”naravnim konjarstvom”) sloni na negativnem ojačevanju in pozitivnem kaznovanju, ali bi bili še vedno tako zelo prepričani, da vaš konj uživa v tem, kar mu rečete, naj dela?

Kaj je vaš osnoven cilj? Je to zmaga na konjeniški tekmi, zabavati se na terenskem jahanju s prijatelji? Brez dvoma je z doseganjem teh ciljev povezano vznemirjenje. Da bi razbili to iluzijo, da delamo najbolje za svoje konje, moramo biti pripravljeni ponovno ovrednotiti vse, kar imamo trenutno za neizpodbitno resnico.
